Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about CREDON Emergency Tag.

How CREDON Works

Register your QR tag, add your emergency contacts, and attach the sticker to your phone or another personal item. If you need help, someone can scan the QR code and follow the instructions to contact your family.
They can open your emergency page and use the available options to seek help or contact your emergency contacts through the calling feature.
No. They can scan the QR code and open the emergency page in their phone's browser. An internet connection is needed to access the page.
Yes. Anyone who scans your active QR tag can access its emergency page without needing your permission for each scan.
The person helping you can scan the sticker using their own phone. They do not need to unlock your phone to access the QR page.
If your CREDON sticker is attached to another accessible item, someone may still be able to scan it using their own phone. The service requires a working scanning device, internet access, and an available calling service.
Yes! Your pack contains two stickers. You can use one yourself and give the second to a family member, friend, or someone you care about. Each person should register and use their own QR tag and emergency details.

Emergency Contacts and Privacy

You can add at least one and up to three emergency contacts under the current registration setup.
CREDON is designed to use a designated calling number so your emergency contacts' personal phone numbers are not intentionally displayed on the public scan page. The information shown and call routing depend on the service configuration.
When a scanner taps the calling option, their phone's dialler opens with the designated calling number ready. They must press the call button themselves. The calling service can attempt to contact your registered emergency contacts and connect the call according to its routing process.
The service is configured to attempt calls to registered emergency contacts simultaneously and connect to the first person who answers. Successful connection depends on network availability and the telephony service.
Yes. You can update your profile and change your emergency contact details through the available profile management process.
No. Blood group, medical information, and a profile photo are optional. You can add details you feel may help someone assist you during an emergency.
An active tag is designed to be accessible to anyone who scans it. Only include information you are comfortable making available on the emergency page.
Yes. You can deactivate your tag through the available profile management process. Once deactivated, it will no longer be available for normal active emergency use.
CREDON is designed with privacy in mind, including the use of a designated calling number for the emergency calling feature. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about data collection, use, storage, and sharing.

Safety and Emergency Support

No service can guarantee that someone will answer or that help will arrive. CREDON provides another way to try to contact your emergency contacts, but it does not replace official emergency services.
The emergency webpage generally requires internet access to open. If the page cannot be accessed, the person should use another available way to contact your family or the appropriate emergency service.

Registration and Support

Scan the QR code and follow the registration instructions. Enter the required details and add your emergency contacts. Make sure your profile is active and your contact numbers are correct before relying on the tag.
If your sticker is defective, email mycredonsupport@gmail.com with a description of the issue and your purchase details. We will review your request for a replacement or refund under the applicable policy.
Email mycredonsupport@gmail.com and explain the issue. Our support team will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
